Specializing in CRM process implementation and management with a focus on functional implementation and user training, Kathryn is a strong believer in the use of data, alignment of processes and consolidation to achieve higher levels of efficiency and maximize time save for staff. As a former Recruiter and Director of Operations, Kathryn understands the value of creating an efficient product for internal users while keeping the client (e.g. students, alumni, etc.) user experience task driven, informative, and easy to use.
